Dallas Doll is a project management and design visualization studio built for Roz Casual outdoor furniture and Lanawrai Restoration & Preventative Care. These terms explain what the app does — and just as importantly, what it does not do.
The team alert (SOS) button notifies your Dallas Doll teammates only, sharing your note and last known location in the #emergency channel. It does NOT contact 911, police, fire, medical, or any emergency service. In a real emergency, always call 911 first.
Dallas Doll does not process, hold, or transfer money. Booking values and deposit amounts you enter are for your own record-keeping only. No emails, invoices, or receipts are sent to customers from the app. Collect and document deposits with your customers separately.
Joining a team via invite code gives a member access to that team's chat and alerts. Team owners can remove a member at any time; removal immediately revokes their access to team chat and alerts, and rotates the team invite code.
You can permanently delete your own account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app, under Profile > Delete account. A team owner with other active teammates must remove them first, since deleting the owner's account also removes the team.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, the app will show the updated version on its Privacy & Terms screen. Continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.
