Dallas Doll is a project management and design visualization studio built for Roz Casual outdoor furniture and Lanawrai Restoration & Preventative Care.
• Account details: your name, email, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). • Project content: project titles, customer names, notes, and yard photos you upload. • Team messages: messages you send in your team's channels. • Location: your GPS coordinates are captured only when you press the team alert (SOS) button, and only with your permission. Location is never tracked in the background. • Benny chats: your conversations with Benny are stored so Benny can keep context, and are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate replies.
Your data is used solely to run the app for you and your team. Projects and bookings are visible only to your account. Team messages and alerts are visible only to members of your team. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
The team alert (SOS) button notifies your Dallas Doll teammates only, sharing your note and last known location in the #emergency channel. It does NOT contact 911, police, fire, medical, or any emergency service. In a real emergency, always call 911 first.
When you enter a customer's name, email, or photos of their property, you are responsible for having their permission to do so. Only store what you need to deliver the project.
You can delete individual projects at any time from the app. You can also permanently delete your own account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app, under Profile > Delete account. You can also reach us at the contact below with any question or request about your data.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the app will show the updated version on its Privacy & Terms screen. Continued use of the app means you accept the current policy.
